The conditions in Central are in some ways better than they have been all winter. The powder in the backcountry is steady building up steadily. I have to say that there is more on Hodges than there has been all winter with the exception of the top. Have a look at the video taken coming down there trail (sorry for my unsteady handheld camera work). For those of you who have never been to Hodges before take note that I am rolling downhill and braking for much of the video. This will give you an idea how steep it is. Yesterday we were through Hodges Pass as well. For those who I have taken through there this season, take note how much more snow there is on this trip, and no getting stuck even though there is lots of powder!
