Rental Conditions

* The seasons for our rental products are entirely weather dependant and may change without notice

* We have the right to deny rentals in situations we deem to be unsafe.

* Kawasaki Mule UTV rentals and snowmobile rentals do not include gas or oil.

* Kawasaki Mule UTV rentals, snowmobile rentals, and snowshoe rentals are only available to our chalet customers

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations: For reservations made more than 48hrs in advance of your arrival, a minimum 25% deposit is due upon booking. Full payment will be automatically charged to your credit card within 48hrs of your arrival.

Cancellations: Reservations are fully refundable if cancelled 30 days or more in advance of your arrival. For reservations cancelled between 2 and 29 days in advance of your arrival, Riverfront Chalets will retain the 25% deposit, but refund the remaining payment. Reservations cancelled within 48hrs of your arrival are non-refundable.

Severe Weather Return Policy: If Riverfront Chalets has to cancel the trip due to an act of nature, a full refund of the trip cost less 10% will be refunded.

Check-in & Check-out: You are welcome to check-in as early as 3:00pm, and check-out time is 12:00pm (noon).

Pet Policy: We are a pet free facility.
